Build problems
- “This app isn’t part of your plan yet. Add it from your plan to build it.” 添加 App
- “Your site is paused because a payment is due. Renew to build or update your apps.”
- “Your site is still being set up. Apps can be built once it’s ready.”
- “Connect your domain first: the app reads its news from your website.”
- “A build of this app is already running. Wait for it to finish.”
- “The build didn’t finish. It’s logged; you can try again.”
- “The store already has this version number. Start a new build.”
- “Google Play and the App Store need your Terms page.” 在您的 News 管理后台中打开 设置 → 网站与品牌 → 页面 并发布“条款”页面。构建按钮下方的 Open your site admin 链接可直接打开该页面。
- “The stores need a public page that tells readers how to delete their account.” 在 设置 → 网站与品牌 → 页面 下发布“隐私政策”页面。
- “The stores need a support email.” 在 设置 → 网站与品牌 → 品牌形象 下添加您的联系 email。
- “We couldn’t read your website’s published design.” 检查您的网站是否正常在线，然后重试。
- “App building isn’t switched on yet.” 功能开启后，Keynate 会给您发送 email。
- “iPhone & iPad builds are coming soon.” 您现在就可以关联您的 App Store 账号。

Google Play
- “Connect your store account first.” 点击 Connect Google Play.
- “Google says Keynate has no access to this app yet” / “Google doesn’t know this app yet” / “Google needs this version uploaded once in Play Console.” 按照 Android 卡片中的步骤操作。
- “Your app is still a draft in Google Play: finish its setup and start the first release in Play Console.”
- “Google needs your developer account verified first.” / “…the package name registered to your account.” / “…your App content answers first.” / “Google needs its latest terms accepted in Play Console.” 在 Play Console 中完成该步骤。
- “Google hasn’t given this account production access yet, so this version went to your closed test.”
- “Google is still reviewing earlier changes. Try Publish again once that review finishes.”

App Store

为什么 Keynate 要求我在 Google 或 Apple 中进行操作？
某些声明只能由应用所有者在应用商店中亲自填写，例如内容分级和目标受众。Keynate 会针对新闻类 App 明确给出每一步操作及参考答案。请参阅应用商店核对清单。
