اپلیکیشن من ساخته یا منتشر نمی‌شود. چه کار کنم؟

Build problems

• "This app isn’t part of your plan yet. Add it from your plan to build it." Add apps
• "Your site is paused because a payment is due. Renew to build or update your apps."
• "Your site is still being set up. Apps can be built once it’s ready."
• "Connect your domain first: the app reads its news from your website."
• "A build of this app is already running. Wait for it to finish."
• "The build didn’t finish. It’s logged; you can try again."
• "The store already has this version number. Start a new build."
• "Google Play and the App Store need your Terms page." در بخش مدیریت News خود، تنظیمات → سایت و برند → صفحه‌ها را باز کنید و صفحه شرایط و مقررات را منتشر نمایید. پیوند Open your site admin زیر دکمه ساخت، آن را باز می‌کند.
• "The stores need a public page that tells readers how to delete their account." صفحه سیاست حفظ حریم خصوصی را زیر تنظیمات → سایت و برند → صفحه‌ها منتشر کنید.
• "The stores need a support email." ایمیل تماس خود را زیر تنظیمات → سایت و برند → برندسازی اضافه کنید.
• "We couldn’t read your website’s published design." بررسی کنید که سایت شما در دسترس باشد، سپس دوباره تلاش کنید.
• "App building isn’t switched on yet." به محض فعال شدن، Keynate برای شما email می‌فرستد.
• "iPhone & iPad builds are coming soon." شما از هم‌اکنون می‌توانید حساب App Store خود را متصل کنید.
• دکمه ساخت خاکستری است. روی Why can’t I start yet? زیر آن ضربه بزنید. دلیل آن در کنار دکمه نمایش داده می‌شود.
• پیام‌های مربوط به آیکون (برای مثال "Icon: the picture must be square"). بخش App name and icon را ببینید.

Google Play

• "Connect your store account first." روی Connect Google Play ضربه بزنید.
• "Google says Keynate has no access to this app yet" / "Google doesn’t know this app yet" / "Google needs this version uploaded once in Play Console." مرحله موجود در کارت Android را دنبال کنید.
• "Your app is still a draft in Google Play: finish its setup and start the first release in Play Console."
• "Google needs your developer account verified first." / "…the package name registered to your account." / "…your App content answers first." / "Google needs its latest terms accepted in Play Console." مرحله را در Play Console انجام دهید.
• "Google hasn’t given this account production access yet, so this version went to your closed test."
• "Google is still reviewing earlier changes. Try Publish again once that review finishes."
• "Saved in Play Console. Send the changes for review there."
• امنیت داده‌ها (Data safety). با استفاده از پاسخ‌های چک‌لیست، به آن‌ها در Play Console پاسخ دهید.

App Store

• "Apple didn’t accept this key. Check the Issuer ID, the Key ID and the .p8 file."
• "This key can’t manage apps. Create a key with the App Manager role."
• "Apple needs the latest agreements accepted." دارنده حساب (Account Holder) آن‌ها را در App Store Connect ← Business می‌پذیرد.
• "Create the app in App Store Connect with exactly this bundle ID."

Store review

• فروشگاه اپلیکیشن را رد کرد. بخش My app was rejected را ببینید.
• بررسی‌کنندگان نتوانستند وارد حساب شوند. بخش Give the store reviewers a sign-in را ببینید.

Still stuck

از Report a problem در صفحه استفاده کنید، یا raise a ticket. برخی پیام‌ها می‌گویند: "Something on Keynate’s side needs fixing. It’s logged; nothing is needed from you."
