Only the site owner can cancel or refund. A recent sign-in is asked for.

Étapes à suivre

1. Open Lecteurs et revenus, then Abonnés.
2. Filter by Statut or Formule.
3. Tap a name to open Abonné.
4. Read the plan, price, next payment, access until, payments and history.
5. Under Actions possibles, choose Arrêter le renouvellement, Annuler maintenant or Rembourser le dernier paiement.
6. Confirm.

Bon à savoir

• Arrêter le renouvellement: they are not charged again, and keep reading until the date shown.
• Annuler maintenant: their subscription ends at once, and access to premium stories ends now. Nothing is refunded automatically. Use Rembourser le dernier paiement if you want to.
• Refunds are pending at the gateway for a few minutes. The credit note follows when it is done.
• A subscription that has ended says "Nothing to do: this subscription has ended."
• Subscribers show Mode test when they paid with test money.
• The list has a link to the Subscription report.
