Open this page: admin.<your-site>/money/subscribers (replace <your-site> with your site address)

پیش‌نیازها

Only the site owner can cancel or refund. A recent sign-in is asked for.

مراحل انجام کار

1. Open خوانندگان و درآمد, then مشترکان.
2. Filter by وضعیت or طرح.
3. Tap a name to open مشترک.
4. Read the plan, price, next payment, access until, payments and history.
5. Under اقدامات, choose توقف تمدید, لغو فوری or بازپرداخت آخرین واریزی.
6. Confirm.

نکات مهم

• توقف تمدید: they are not charged again, and keep reading until the date shown.
• لغو فوری: their subscription ends at once, and access to premium stories ends now. Nothing is refunded automatically. Use بازپرداخت آخرین واریزی if you want to.
• Refunds are pending at the gateway for a few minutes. The credit note follows when it is done.
• A subscription that has ended says "Nothing to do: this subscription has ended."
• Subscribers show حالت آزمایشی when they paid with test money.
• The list has a link to the Subscription report.

• "Only the site owner can cancel or refund."
• "No subscribers yet. They appear here after the first checkout."
