Only the site owner can cancel or refund. A recent sign-in is asked for.

ขั้นตอนการทำ

1. Open ผู้อ่านและรายได้, then สมาชิก.
2. Filter by สถานะ or แพ็กเกจ.
3. Tap a name to open สมาชิก.
4. Read the plan, price, next payment, access until, payments and history.
5. Under การดำเนินการ, choose ไม่ต่ออายุ, ยกเลิกทันที or คืนเงินรอบล่าสุด.
6. Confirm.

ข้อควรรู้

• ไม่ต่ออายุ: they are not charged again, and keep reading until the date shown.
• ยกเลิกทันที: their subscription ends at once, and access to premium stories ends now. Nothing is refunded automatically. Use คืนเงินรอบล่าสุด if you want to.
• Refunds are pending at the gateway for a few minutes. The credit note follows when it is done.
• A subscription that has ended says "Nothing to do: this subscription has ended."
• Subscribers show โหมดทดสอบ when they paid with test money.
• The list has a link to the Subscription report.
