How do I delete my Keynate account?

Before you start

• Cancel or remove your live sites first. How do I cancel my site's subscription?
• Download your content from your site's admin if you want a copy.
• Spend or ask Keynate to refund any refund credit in your wallet. Reward credit is lost.

Steps

1. Open Account and find Delete account.
2. Tap Delete my account… Keynate may ask you to confirm it's you.
3. Read the list of what happens.
4. Type your email exactly as shown to confirm.
5. Tap Delete my account.

What happens

• You have 7 days to change your mind. Sign in and tap Keep my account on the banner that says Your account will be deleted on …
• After 7 days your profile, sign-in methods and saved drafts are erased. Invoices are kept as the law requires.

Common problems

• "Your account can’t be deleted yet." A site is still live. The box lists which. Cancel or remove it first.
• Refund credit in your wallet. "You still have refund credit in your Keynate Wallet. Spend it on a Keynate order, or write to support to have it refunded to your original payment method, then try again."
• "Type your email address exactly as shown."
• "Your current password is incorrect."
