ባለሁለት ደረጃ ኮዱ ካልሰራ

- አዲስ ኮድ እስኪመጣ ይጠብቁ። ኮዱ በየ30 ሴኮንዱ ይቀየራል። አዲሱን ይጠቀሙ።
- እንደገና ይሞክሩ።
ስልክዎ ከጠፋብዎ
በማገገሚያ ኮድ (recovery code) ይግቡ። እያንዳንዱ የማገገሚያ ኮድ የሚያገለግለው ለአንድ ጊዜ ብቻ ነው። እነዚህን ኮዶች ያገኙት ባለሁለት ደረጃ ማረጋገጫ ሲያበሩ ነበር። ምንም ኮድ ካላለቀዎት፣ ማያ ገጹ ላይ "No recovery codes left — make new ones now." ይላል። ባለቤቱ ሊረዳዎት ይችላል። ባለቤቶች በKeynate Console በኩል ያገግማሉ። Owner recovery ይመልከቱ።
የኩባንያ መግቢያ (Company sign-in)
ድረ-ገጽዎ የኩባንያ መግቢያን የሚጠቀም ከሆነ፣ እነዚህ መልዕክቶች ሊታዩ ይችላሉ፦
- "Sign-in with your company account didn’t work. Start again." ከመጀመሪያው እንደገና ይሞክሩ።
- "This sign-in link expired or was opened in another browser. Start again." ሊንኩን በተመሳሳይ ብሮውዘር ይክፈቱት።
- "This account’s email domain can’t sign in to this newsroom. Use your work account."
- "You’re not on this newsroom’s team yet. Ask the site owner to invite you."
- "Owners sign in with their password and two-step code."
- "Your company sign-in service is not answering. Try again in a few minutes."

አዲስ የቡድን አባል
በemail የደረሰዎትን የግብዣ ሊንክ ይክፈቱ። Accept a team invite ይመልከቱ። ግብዣዎች ጊዜው ያልፍባቸዋል።
ባለቤቱ መግባት ካልቻለ
የማዘጋጃ እና የማገገሚያ ሊንኮች የሚላኩት ከእርስዎ የKeynate ዳሽቦርድ ነው። ሊንኩ "This setup link is not valid. Open a new one from your Keynate dashboard." ወይም "This setup link was already used. Sign in instead." የሚል ከሆነ፣ በKeynate Console ውስጥ አዲስ ይክፈቱ። Open your admin ይመልከቱ።

ድረ-ገጼ የግድ ባለሁለት ደረጃ መግቢያ ይፈልጋል?
ሊፈልግ ይችላል። የትኞቹ የስራ ኃላፊነቶች መጠቀም እንዳለባቸው ባለቤቱ ይወስናል። "Your site requires two-step sign-in for your role. Please set it up by {date}." የሚል መልዕክት ይመለከታሉ። Set up two-step sign-in ይመልከቱ።
