Where do I see recent errors and send them to support?

In this story

Where: Settings → Advanced → Problems

Open this page: admin.<your-site>/settings/problems (replace <your-site> with your site address). If you don’t see it in the menu, turn on Show all settings on the Settings page.

Before you start

  • Owners and admins can open this page.

Steps

  1. Open Settings → Advanced → Problems.
  2. Read each error: when it happened, which page or action, and the error code.
  3. Press Copy request id and send it to support.
  4. Press Technical details if support asks. You can also Copy trace id.
  5. Ask the AI: "My site had this error. What does it mean and how do I fix it?"
  6. To find one error, type its request id in Find a request id. It is 8 to 64 letters, digits, dots or dashes. People can see it on an error message.
